William Parker, MAI graduated with a degree in Real Estate and Mortgage Finance from Mississippi State University in 2000 and began his career in the appraisal industry in 2002. After working as a right of way appraiser for the Mississippi Department of Transporation he moved to Athens, GA and began work as a residential appraiser. In 2004 he began work as a fee commercial appraiser and by 2009 had attained the prestigious MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. For the past 20 years William has provided commercial appraisal services to a wide variety of clients in the Athens area and throughout the State of Georgia. In addition to staying busy within the commercial real estate valuation and consulting field, William is an avid golfer and outdoorsman with a passion for turkey hunting and fly fishing for a variety of species in fresh and salt water. William resides in Athens, GA with his wife, two children and two step-children.

Chris has been with Parker Property and Appraisals since 2019 and has extensive experience appraising a wide variety of commercial property types, including office, retail, industrial, traditional multifamily, student apartments, special-use properties, subdivisions and raw land. In addition to commercial valuation, Chris specializes in market analysis for these property types and has acted as a consultant and advisor for institutional lenders, developers, buyers and sellers, accountants, legal professionals and estates. Chris is a candidate for designation with the Appraisal Institute. In addition to appraisal, Chris holds an active real estate salesperson license and consults on a referral basis. Chris lives in the Athens area with his wife, Erica, and children, Barrett and Brooks.

Eli Nelson is a recent graduate of the University of Georgia, where he earned a degree in Housing Management. Following graduation, he joined Parker Property and Appraisal, where he is currently a registered real estate appraiser. He is currently working toward obtaining his Certified General Appraiser License, continuing to expand his expertise in property valuation and appraisal. A lifelong resident of the Athens area, Eli values building relationships within the community and enjoys helping clients navigate the real estate appraisal process with professionalism and integrity. Outside of work, he is a proud horse owner and enjoys staying active through sports and snow skiing during the winter months.
